SATS is Asia’s leading provider of gateway services and food solutions. SATS Passenger Services would like to offer various Affinity Services (e.g. Meet & Greet services, Lounge services) through a corporate portal with online booking capability.
Previously, SATS Affinity team accepted reservations from corporate customers manually via emails, calls, and updates in their diary. At the end of the month, SATS Affinity manually tabulated the total number of handlings served to each corporate customers and handed over information to Finance for billing.
Crystal developed a completely integrated system that improves its Affinity Services (Meet & Greet Services, Lounge Services) to its Customers through online booking. This new environment provides communication and fosters and supports innovative uses of computing within the organization.
